Cancellation and Refund Policy

The refund method corresponds to the payment method.
The buyer must send an email. address [email protected] letter with the subject “Return” and an attached file with a completed return application. (Application form)  Please note that the details must be in the name of the customer. The term for transferring funds is 10 banking days. The period for crediting funds to the buyer's current account depends on the internal regulations of the receiving bank.
Application is a mandatory condition for the return.
When returning funds by postal order, the application must indicate a valid last name, first name and patronymic. Otherwise, the post office will be forced to refuse to issue you the transfer.
DOMINO is not responsible for the delay in returning goods and funds caused by the work of delivery services, mail and banks.
When processing a return, a service fee or commission may be charged payment system bank for the return of funds that are withheld from the amount to be returned.
