If the size or model does not suit you, you can easily exchange or return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase. To exchange, you must first return the ordered item.

 

Product contents and integrity: Please check the package contents, integrity of packaging, absence of mechanical damage and accompanying documents upon receipt of your order. This can be done with DOMINO employees when delivering by courier in Almaty or by a courier service employee. We are not responsible for goods that were not checked for damage directly upon receipt by the courier service. If damage is detected, you have the right not to pay for the goods and refuse to receive them.

 

Required conditions for return: To return, you must provide the product in its original condition: without damage or signs of use, with all labels and factory markings intact and in the original packaging. If the item was purchased as a set, it must be returned in its entirety. The rules for returning goods are regulated by the Law of Kazakhstan “On Protection of Consumer Rights”.

 

Methods of returning goods: Return through the courier service in all cities of Kazakhstan. To do this, you need to issue a return at the nearest branch. When sending by courier service, be sure to fill out the product return form, which you can request in any way from the “Contacts” section. Use only original postal packaging, avoid covering with tape (except postal tape) and other materials.

 

Refund: The refund method corresponds to the payment method. The buyer must send an email. address [email protected] letter with the subject “Return” and an attached product return form. The term for transferring funds is 10 banking days. DOMINO is not responsible for delays in the return of goods and funds caused by the work of delivery services, mail and banks.
