Delivery of goods purchased in the DOMINO.KZ online store is carried out free of charge throughout the territory of Kazakhstan by courier to your door or to a courier service branch. Products marked “to order” on the website are shipped from a warehouse in Europe after 100% prepayment and delivery payment in the amount of 5% of the order value.

Delivery time is 1-3 days after order confirmation.

Delivery throughout Kazakhstan by courier services to the office

We deliver orders to places where there is a courier service branch. Delivery is free when purchasing goods; in case of cancellation of the order, the prepayment is not refunded.

Orders are delivered by courier service from 1 to 5 days from the date of placing the order. After sending, you will receive a TTN, using which you can track the parcel on the website or mobile application of the courier service.

 

ATTENTION!

The shelf life of parcels by the courier service is 5 calendar days, after which automatic return will follow (according to the agreement with the courier service).

Be sure to check the packaging for damage upon receipt. If there are signs of damage or loss of integrity, do not accept the package. Draw up a return certificate and immediately notify us about it by contacting our online consultant at +7 (701) 065-37-77 or via messenger.

If, after opening the package, you notice that the product does not correspond to what you ordered on the domino.kz website, contact us. Our online consultant will provide you with all the necessary information about the return procedure.
