The consumer has the right to refuse the goods at any time before its transfer, and after the transfer of the goods - within seven days, in accordance with the current legislation of Kazakhstan “Law on the Protection of Consumer Rights”, “Civil Code of Kazakhstan”. Return of a Product of proper quality is possible if its presentation, consumer properties, as well as a document confirming the fact and conditions of purchase of the specified Product are preserved. When ordering perfumery and cosmetics products, these products are shipped only upon prepayment
If the Consumer refuses the Goods, DOMINO.kz must return to him the amount paid by the Consumer, excluding the costs of DOMINO.kz for delivery from the buyer and/or to the buyer of the returned goods, no later than 10 days from the date the Consumer submits the corresponding demand.

How to make an order?

How is delivery of goods purchased from an online store carried out?
Delivery of goods purchased in the online store domino.kz is carried out free of charge throughout the territory of Kazakhstan by courier to your door or to a courier service branch.
In the city of Almaty, and 20 kilometers from it, delivery of orders is carried out free of charge by our courier. Delivery is made the next day after order confirmation from 11:00 to 20:00.

What to do if the size or model does not fit?
If the size or model does not suit you, you can easily exchange or return the product within 14 days from the date of purchase.
To exchange, you must first issue a return of the previous product. Returns of perfumery and cosmetic products are made only if the packaging is not damaged.

How to get money for returned goods?
